100 down with one counter is really weak... It's subtle even if you use it with Paranoid or 《Cocoon of Ultra Evolution》
If scale counters are saved in the future, the rating may go up.

It also has the effect of weakening the face-up monsters on the opponent's field whenever the opponent does something, but 100 down per counter would be weak. Since it is only applied to opponents who put counters on it, it has little effect on the high RBI that finally comes out. If only I could lower it a little more...

The scale counter may be a reproduction of the original, but I feel that the counter x 100 is too weak in the current environment.
